Quartz Glass Tubes for Tube Furnaces
Applications
Aoxin Quartz offers high-purity quartz glass tubes ( >99.99% SiO2, 4N purity) as replacement tubes for tube furnaces. We have established close partnerships with numerous universities, laboratories, and research institutes. These tubes are widely used in tube furnaces, materials sintering, chemical reactions, and other related fields.
Instructions for Use
1. Quartz glass tubes exhibit excellent thermal shock resistance, with a maximum continuous operating temperature of 1200°C and a short-term maximum operating temperature of 1450°C.
2. They are resistant to all acids except hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid above 300°C.
3. Under vacuum, they should only be used at temperatures below 1000°C.
4. To extend the lifespan of the quartz tube, it is recommended to use quartz glass frits, quartz boats, or quartz trays when handling samples.
Before purchasing, please carefully check the outer diameter, wall thickness, length, and tolerance range of the quartz tube. The above are standard sizes, and custom sizes are available upon request. If you require precise tolerances, please contact us. Quartz tubes are consumables, and we ask that you inspect the product upon delivery.
