Our quartz plates, discs, and wafers are manufactured from high-purity 99.99% SiO2 fused quartz , also known as fused silica. These components offer excellent UV transmittance , particularly in the deep UV spectrum, and high optical transmission across a wide wavelength range. They exhibit exceptional high temperature resistance, suitable for continuous operation in applications up to 1200°C.

Standard available surface quality options include optical finishes like 40/20 and 60/40, with other specifications available upon request to meet stringent optical application needs.
Packaging: Vacuum-sealed PVC bag inside, then wrapped with bubble film, external wooden crate, and finally covered with a carton.

Continuous Fusion Process for Quartz Plates
We utilize a continuous fusion process to produce high-quality quartz plates. This method ensures consistent material properties and efficient production of large-size sheets with excellent uniformity.


Waterjet Cutting
We use high-pressure waterjet cutting to shape quartz plates with precision and versatility. This cold-cutting process minimizes material stress and produces clean, chip-free edges, suitable for complex contours.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining centers enable precision shaping, drilling, and milling of quartz plates. We achieve tight tolerances (down to 0.01mm) for features like pockets, steps, and custom contours.


Grinding (Various Techniques)
We offer a range of grinding services for quartz plates: single-side grinding for flatness, double-side grinding for parallelism and thickness control, and large-diameter cylindrical grinding.
Laser Drilling
We utilize laser drilling to create precise, micro-scale holes in quartz plates. This non-contact process offers excellent control over hole diameter, depth, and taper, with minimal heat-affected zone.
