Our quartz plates, discs, and wafers are manufactured from high-purity 99.99% SiO2 fused quartz , also known as fused silica. These components offer excellent UV transmittance , particularly in the deep UV spectrum, and high optical transmission across a wide wavelength range. They exhibit exceptional high temperature resistance, suitable for continuous operation in applications up to 1200°C.
