Aoxin Quartz offers the TQ6D High-Temperature Quartz Atomizing Spray Nozzle, designed for generating fine mists or sprays of liquids in various high-temperature processes up to 1100°C. This nozzle is precision-crafted from high-purity quartz tubing (6mm main body diameter) and features dedicated inlets for compressed gas and liquid (4mm OD). It can achieve liquid atomization at gas pressures up to 0.2 MPa, often without the need for a separate liquid pump. The TQ6D nozzle is ideal for applications such as spray pyrolysis, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), material synthesis, and surface coating where controlled atomization at high temperatures is required. Each nozzle comes with a plastic connector and PTFE tubing for the liquid inlet and is securely packaged.
