Aoxin quartz
Our Process
Our fused quartz tubes undergo extensive fabrication processes, including precision cutting, fire polishing, bottom sealing, flanging, bending, frosting, diameter reduction, coiling, welding, and wall slotting/drilling.
Tube Drawing
We utilize advanced continuous furnace and precision drawing technology to produce high-quality quartz tubing. Strict in-line monitoring ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material properties.

Secondary Redrawing
Our secondary redrawing process, using large-scale quartz tube lathes, refines the dimensions of pre-drawn tubing. This achieves superior precision, with tolerances of ±0.05mm, ideal for demanding applications.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining capabilities include high-precision end face milling, intricate window cutting, precise slotting, and diverse machining operations on quartz, with 0.01mm tolerances.

Laser Drilling
Precision laser drilling with high-energy beams offers a non-contact method for creating micro-holes in quartz tubes. This technique allows for extremely small diameters, precise positioning, and smooth edges. It is ideal for fabricating high-precision, high-density hole arrays in fused silica or quartz tubes, without causing any mechanical stress or damage to the material. Laser micromachining ensures minimal heat-affected zones and tight tolerances for critical applications.
Complex Shape Flame Working
Skilled technicians utilize hydrogen-oxygen torches to perform precision flame working on quartz tubes. This technique involves localized heating and shaping to achieve complex geometries, including bending, flaring , necking , and sealing . The process requires expert craftsmanship and precise control over flame temperature, heating duration, and forming pressure to ensure dimensional accuracy and aesthetic quality.
